Allergens and intolerances include, but are not limited to; celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).
You must declare all food allergies to the person that has cooked a meal that you're requesting. There are 14 main allergens in food, but if yours isn't listed, this must still be declared. If in doubt, tell the cook again and if you have any questions, please email us on office@freemymeal.co.uk
Please make sure that food is in leakproof containers and adequately packaged before leaving in your safe clean pick up point. Please do not leave food for longer than 10 mins between dropping and collection.
As the provider platform, Free My Meal does not control, offer or manage the provision of meals or relationships between cooks and recipients and is not responsible for the suitability or food safety of any meals provided by cooks.
